Archiving Policy

Finance and Management Review (FMR) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To ensure the permanent availability of scholarly works, the journal employs the following archiving measures:

  1. Digital Archiving – All published articles are stored in secure digital repositories and backup servers maintained by the journal’s hosting platform.

  2. PKP Preservation Network (PN) – FMR participates in the PKP PN to preserve its content using the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program, which provides decentralized and distributed preservation to ensure ongoing access.

  3. Indexing Databases – Content is archived and made accessible through various indexing and abstracting databases where the journal is listed.

  4. Author Self-Archiving – Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published PDF of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites, with proper citation to the original publication.

  5. Web Archiving – All journal web content is regularly backed up and stored to prevent data loss.

By implementing these measures, FMR ensures that its published research remains accessible to the scholarly community for future generations.
